중국 대학생의 창업자기효능감이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 -창업역량의 매개효과-

This study was undertaken to determine the effect of university student entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention and to verify the moderating effect of entrepreneurial competence on the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. The subjects of this study were 155 university students based in Dalian, China. The analysis was conducted using reliability, factor, frequency, correlation, regression, and mediated analysis, descriptive statistics, and the Sobel test in SPSS 23.0. The study findings were as follows. First, entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, with an explanatory power of 84.5%. Second, entrepreneurial competence mediated the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, indicating that mentoring centers are needed at universities to increase entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The study also shows that fusion entrepreneurial education is required to strengthen entrepreneurial intention, improve entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and the mediating effect of entrepreneurial competence. The results of this study are considered to be basic data for preparing practical intervention measures to improve the entrepreneurial intention of university students.
