2022 개정 고등학교 지식 재산 일반 과목의 교육과정 개발 과정 및 주요 변화 특징 분석

The purpose of this study was to present the curriculum development process for general intellectual property subjects, which are convergence electives in high school technology subjects, according to the 2022 revised curriculum and to analyze the characteristics of the development results. This study followed the government's 2022 revised curriculum development policy. Specifically, the first and second drafts were conducted. The research methods applied to conduct the study include literature searches and analyses, expert councils, policy consultations, debates, and public hearings. The results obtained through the study are summarized as follows. First, the goals and content system of the general intellectual property curriculum were developed through the first draft study, and its validity was confirmed as a result of expert review. Second, the second draft study supplemented the first draft study, and overall details on goals, content system, teaching and learning, and evaluation were added to develop the final draft. As a result of an expert review of these contents, validity, and field suitability were confirmed. Third, the 2022 revised high school intellectual property general curriculum pursued content supplementation and specification in all areas of goals, content system, teaching and learning, and evaluation compared to the 2015 revised curriculum. Intellectual property general subjects are characterized as convergence elective subjects at the high school level with technical subjects. In the future, we hope that related research and supporting policies will be established so that the direction pursued in the 2022 revised curriculum can be well implemented in school settings.
