적극적 노동시장 정책의 재고용효과 분석

This paper aims to analyze the employment performance of integrated active labor market policies using research-use employment administration data. To this end, an employment insurance history database was created using employment insurance acquisition and loss data, and analysis data were constructed by integrating unemployment benefits DB, vocational training DB, Worknet DB, Employment Success Package DB, and National Employment Support Service DB data into this history DB. The analysis methods also utilized the Cox hazard analysis method and propensity score matching method, which are widely used in analyzing the effects of active labor market policies. As a result of the analysis, first, it was found that active labor market policy programs have a positive effect on the reemployment of the unemployed. Second, among the active labor market policy programs, the employment effect of vocational training, employment success package, and national employment support service programs had a large employment effect. Third, the employment performance of active labor market policy programs targeting unemployment benefit recipients was also very positive. As a result, it can be confirmed that the employment performance of active labor market policies is clearly positive compared to existing studies.
