초록
The purpose of this study is to analyze how the career plateau of non-regular workers in the dance field affects the relationship between their career immersion and career withdrawal intention to help develop policy strategies for a stable occupational group in the dance field. For this purpose, 200 sets of final analysis data were used targeting non-regular workers in the dance field over the age of 20 living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and Chungcheong-do. Regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis, and the following conclusions were obtained. First, the career plateau of non-regular workers in the dance field was found to partially affect career immersion. In particular, while structural career plateau had no effect on the career plateau of non-regular workers in the dance field, content-related career plateau had a negative impact on career commitment. Second, the career plateau of non-regular workers in the dance field had a positive effect on the career withdrawal intention, both structural and content-related career plateau. Third, the career immersion of non-regular workers in the dance field had a negative effect on their career withdrawal intention.
