간호·간병통합서비스병동에서 인간중심 간호서비스 활동이 참여의도와 수행의지에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to determine the antecedents of nurses' moral sensitivity, human(patient)-centered nursing activities, and work environment on their intention to participate and willingness to perform human-centered nursing services in comprehensive care wards. We distributed 300 questionnaires to nurses in comprehensive care units of tertiary general hospital A in Incheon, South Korea, from September 20 to 27, 2023. The number of valid responses was 273. The collected data were used to test the research model and hypothesis using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0. In addition, this study focused on the individual-level moral beliefs and ethical attitudes of nurses in comprehensive care wards. The results of this study indicated that, first, the moral sensitivity of nurses in the comprehensive care service wards was analyzed to affect their intention to participate in human-centered nursing services positively. Second, the human-centered nursing activities in these units positively influenced the intention to participate in human-centered nursing services. Third, the nursing work environment in these nursing service units positively influenced the intention to participate in human-centered nursing services. In addition, the intention to participate in human-centered care services positively influenced the commitment to practice human-centered care services. The study results provide theoretical and practical implications for the development of a human-centered care service program in comprehensive care units.
