노인 디지털 돌봄 관련 정부 정책 유형 탐색

In the recently super-aged Korean society, policies and systems related to elderly care are rapidly increasing. As caring for the elderly is a project that requires a lot of social costs and manpower, caring technology using science and technology is being reviewed as a solution. Among them, various government ministries are pouring out care plans using science and technology, but there is a lack of research to look into them in an integrated manner. In this paper, we tried to look at the flow of policies related to digital care technology, the current status of related R&D projects, and field cases using digital care technology, and attempted to categorize plans pouring out from various ministries based on technology and service, efficiency and effectiveness, and as a result, we tried to present problems and improvement measures. As a result of the study, the government's policies on digital care for the elderly focused on technology development, promoting efficiency such as minimizing care costs, focusing on service such as program development while promoting efficiency, and four types focusing on improving the quality of life such as self-reliance of the caregiver while pursuing service development, and suggested the need for an integrated plan, monitoring, and evaluation system for each government plan.
