토픽모델링을 적용한 예술인 복지법 연구동향 분석

The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends on the Artist Welfare Act by applying topic modeling. For this purpose, a total of 230 papers published over about 16 years, from 2008 to 2024, with the keyword "Artist Welfare Act" were selected for analysis. Frequency analysis and LDA topic modeling were conducted on the data related to the subject. The results are as follows: First, the analysis of research trends on the Artist Welfare Act applying topic modeling revealed the following topics: Topic 1: Art Market and Specificity Topic 2: Role of Unions and Satisfaction with Welfare Systems Topic 3: Welfare Policies for Disabled Artists and Regional Arts Topic 4: Support Policies for the Art of Dance and Young Artists Second, the implications derived from the analysis of research trends on the Artist Welfare Act applying topic modeling are as follows: The specificity of all forms of art must be taken into consideration, and the working conditions and environments of artists as special workers should be further subdivided and restructured. In addition, for welfare systems based on 'differences,' such as for disabled, regional, and young artists, to be implemented 'equitably,' efforts from the government, local authorities, and voluntary participation by the artists themselves are needed.
