임상간호사의 스트레스 대처능력과 회복탄력성이 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향: 의사소통능력의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study attempted to determine the mediating effect of communication ability in the relationship between clinical nurses' stress coping ability, resilience, communication ability, and nursing work performance. A self-report questionnaire was used for 164 nurses with more than 1 year of clinical experience working in 3 general hospitals with 100 to 300 beds located in G Metropolitan City and G City. The data collection period was from January 15, 2025 to January 30, 2025. The SPSS/27.0 program was used to analyze the data with descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, a multiple regression, and a Sobel test. Nursing work performance was found to have a significant positive correlation with stress coping ability (r= .64, p< .01), resilience (r= .69, p< .01), and communication ability (r= .58, p< .01). In the impact of clinical nurses' stress coping ability and resilience on nursing work performance, communication ability was found to have a partial mediating effect (Z=2.53, p= .01, Z=2.69, p= .01). The results of this study showed that communication skills are important for improving the nursing performance of clinical nurses. Therefore, systematic and professional education and institutional support are needed to improve the communication skills of clinical nurses, and along with this, it is necessary to develop measures to relieve stress and programs to increase resilience.
