경전철 신림선 이용의 활성화, 어떻게 할 수 있는가?: 기술수용모형의 적용

The Sillim Line, which opened on May 28, 2022, is a light rail that runs north and south from Gwanaksan Station to Yeouido Saetgang Station. The Sillim Line crosses from east to west and is connected to Seoul Metro lines 1, 2, 7, and 9. With the opening of the Sillim Line, traffic congestion from the southwestern part of Seoul to the Yeouido area was greatly reduced, and travel time was also greatly reduced. The Sillim Line is the most recently opened urban railway and the second light rail in Seoul. Considering the necessity of light rail and the situation in which additional railway lines in Seoul are being planned, research is needed. Through this, it is necessary to prepare closely for additional routes planned in the future. Nevertheless, there are currently few studies related to the light rail Sillim line. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the service quality of the light rail Sillim line. It will be an important criterion for judgment in terms of improving the service quality of other light rail lines scheduled to open in Seoul in the future. In consideration of these aspects, this study was conducted. The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors influencing the service quality of the light rail Sillim Line on the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of customers, and how it affects the intention to reuse. This study presented five factors of service quality of the light rail Sinlim Line: safety, line extension, connection, comfort, and punctuality, and interpreted them from the perspective of the technology acceptance model.
