창업지원서비스와 사회적자본이 기업성과에 미치는 영향: 신제품개발역량의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study analyzes the impact of startup support services and social capital on the performance of startups and measures the mediating effect of new product development capabilities in this relationship. Startup support services include financial support, technology development support, and network formation support for startups in the early stages of startups, and social capital acts as an important factor that promotes the use of corporate resources and information exchange based on trust and networks. For empirical analysis, a survey was conducted targeting domestic startups and the collected data was analyzed using a structural equation model. The results of the analysis showed that startup support services not only directly affect corporate performance but also indirectly have a positive effect through new product development capabilities. Social capital does not directly affect corporate performance, but indirectly has a positive effect through new product development capabilities. New product development capabilities were confirmed as a mediating variable between startup support services, social capital, and corporate performance. This study clarified the impact of startup support services and social capital on the performance of startups from an ecosystem perspective and suggested policy implications for improving the performance of startups.
