사회적 배제, 긍정적 심리자본이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향

초록
청소년기는 자신의 미래를 구체적으로 준비해야 하는 중요한 시기로 진로를 결정하기 위한 진로성숙도가 매우 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 본 연구는 고등학생의 사회적 배제 경험이 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향관계에서 긍정적 심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 상업계 고등학생 189명의 자료를 수집하여 분석에 활용하였으며, 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경제적 배제는 긍정적 심리자본과 진로성숙도에 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육적 배제는 긍정적 심리자본과 진로성숙도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 긍정적 심리자본의 간접효과보다 진로성숙도의 직접효과가 더 높은 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 사회참여적 배제와 관계적 배제와 진로성숙도의 관계에서 긍정적 심리자본의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 특성화 고등학교를 졸업하는 학생들이 자신의 미래에 그냥 ‘쉬었음’이 아닌 진학이나 취업을 위한 준비를 하기 위해서는 사회적 배제와 긍정적 심리자본이 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 결과적으로, 이 연구는 상업계 고등학교 학생들이 진로 준비 과정에서 경험하는 사회적 배제와 그로 인한 심리적 영향을 분석함으로써, 사회적 배제의 경험을 최소화하고 긍정적 심리자본을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 중요하다는 점을 강조합니다. 학생들이 미래에 대한 구체적인 준비를 할 수 있도록 돕는 과정에서 사회적 지원과 심리적 회복력 강화를 위한 프로그램이 필요하다는 중요한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다.
Abstract
The results of the analysis are as follows: First, economic exclusion was found to have no statistically significant effect on positive psychological capital or career maturity, suggesting that economic exclusion does not play a central role in the relationship between career maturity and positive psychological capital. Second, educational exclusion was found to have a statistically significant effect on both positive psychological capital and career maturity, with the direct effect on career maturity being greater than the indirect effect through positive psychological capital. This underscores the importance of educational support in directly influencing students' career maturity. Third, social participation exclusion and relational exclusion were found to have a mediating effect on the relationship between social exclusion and career maturity through positive psychological capital, indicating that social relationships and participation play a crucial role in shaping students' career maturity. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of minimizing experiences of social exclusion and enhancing positive psychological capital for commercial high school students in preparing for their future. It highlights the need for programs that support social inclusion and strengthen psychological resilience to help students make concrete preparations for further education or employment.
