비서·사무 전공 대학생의 고용가능성 경험에 대한 현상학적 연구

The purpose of this study is to deeply explore the meaning and experiences of employability, focusing on students majoring in administrative studies, whose job roles are expected to undergo significant changes in the AI era. The goal is to provide foundational data for their career and professional development. To achieve this, the study employed a phenomenological research method and conducted qualitative research through in-depth interviews with nine students who have experience preparing for employment in the administrative fields. Participants in the phenomenological research were nine students majoring in administrative studies from four-year universities and two- or three-year colleges in Korea. Individual, one-on-one in-depth interviews were conducted. Data from interviews and researcher notes were analyzed following Colaizzi's (1978) seven-step analytical procedure: familiarization, identifying significant statements, formulating meanings, clustering themes, developing comprehensive descriptions, generating a fundamental structure, and validating the fundamental structure. According to the research analysis results based on the above research procedure, 3 formulated meanings, 6 themes, and 19 theme clusters were derived. The study aims to present continuous and practical strategies to enhance and utilize the employability of administrative major students. Additionally, it seeks to provide foundational evidence for the career and professional development of university students.
