Obtaining halal certification for export products has become essential for domestic food export companies. However, differences in halal standards and Fatwas among halal certification body in importing countries can act as obstacles for these companies. This paper focuses on the differences in halal certification standards due to varying interpretations of Islamic law. It Comparative analyzes the halal standards and Fatwas of major halal certification bodies, including Malaysia (JAKIM), Indonesia (BPJPH), Singapore (MUIS), the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC/SMIIC), and the GCC Standardization Organization (GSO), from an Islamic legal perspective to determine the permissibility of raw materials used in halal product manufacturing. For domestic food export companies, it is recommended to access halal information of importing countries through the Overseas Food Certification Support Center and to obtain halal certification from domestic halal certification bodies that have established mutual recognition agreements with overseas halal certification organizations.
