직업계고 졸업자의 고교 진로경험과 대학 졸업 후 일자리 만족도의 관계에서 대학 만족도 및 대학의 취창업 서비스 만족도의 매개효과 분석

본 연구는 한국직업능력연구원 한국교육고용패널Ⅱ(KEEPⅡ: Korean Education & Employment Panel Ⅱ) 자료 중 2차(2018년)와 7차(2023년) 데이터를 활용하여 직업계고 진로경험(‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 진로교육/활동, 창의적 체험활동)과일자리 만족도 관계에 대학 만족도, 대학의 진로 및 취창업 서비스 만족도가 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 직업계고 재학 시 ‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 진로교육/활동, 창의적 체험활동 세 가지 경험이 모두 현재 일자리 만족도에긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, ‘진로와 직업’ 수업, 진로교육/ 활동, 창의적 체험활동 세 가지 경험이 모두에서 대학 만족도의 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 셋째, 진로교육/활동과 창의적 체험활동에서 대학의진로 및 취창업 서비스 만족도 매개효과가 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 대학 만족도와 대학에서 경험한 진로 및 취창업서비스에 대한 만족도가 직업계고 졸업생들에게 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로나타났다.
Abstract
This study examined whether college satisfaction and satisfaction with career, job, and start-up support services mediate the relationship between vocational high school career activities (career education and activities, career and occupation classes, and creative experience learning) and job satisfaction. To this end, data from the 2nd (2018) and 7th (2023) waves of KEEP II, conducted by the Korea Vocational Competency Research Institute, were analyzed. The findings revealed three key results. First, career education and activities, career and occupation classes, and creative experience learning all positively influenced job satisfaction among vocational high school graduates. Second, college satisfaction significantly mediated the relationship between all three career experiences and job satisfaction. Third, satisfaction with college career, job, and start-up support services significantly mediated the effects of career education and activities as well as creative experience learning.
