인공지능 연계 메타버스 서비스에서의 개인정보보호 컴플라이언스의 구조적 체계성 및 적합성 검증에 관한 연구

Due to COVID-19, the metaverse has enabled public hearings, discussions, and briefings in real space to be held in virtual space, and conversational AI, generative AI, and learning AI are being used to collect, analyze, and predict data by connecting with artificial intelligence. However, indiscriminate data collection and processing through AI has resulted in the hacking of user devices, inducing behavior based on the attacker's intention, theft of platform administrator authority and data, and cyber attacks on user avatars and personal information. Accordingly, it is necessary to derive personal information protection compliance with metaverse services linked to AI and implement a safe service environment. Therefore, this study derived personal information protection compliance through existing laws and guidelines, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and prior research to minimize personal information infringement threats and provide safe services in metaverse services linked to AI. In addition, this study divided the process of metaverse linked AI into the construction process and the operation process, and connected each process to the personal information life cycle to verify the structural systematicity and suitability of Personal Information Protection Compliance in the personal information processing process. In particular, by utilizing analysis methods such as Agile, Delphi, and FGI by the expert’s opinions were collected to derive and verify additional elements. As the result, establishing standards for the processing process should be differentiated from existing studies and apply legal standards.
