혁신촉진요인과 혁신저해요인이 기술적 혁신에 미치는 영향 연구 : 정부 지원의 조절효과
The Impact of Innovation Acceleration Factor and Innovation Hindrance Factor on Technological Innovation : Moderating Effects of Government Support

본 연구는 혁신을 촉진하는 요인과 혁신을 저해하는 요인이 기업의 기술적 혁신(제품혁신 및 공정혁신)에 미치는 영향을 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이와 더불어 정부의 다양한 지원 정책이 혁신 촉진 요인 및 혁신 저해 요인과 기술적 혁신 사이에서 조절 변수로서 가지는 조절 효과를 비교·분석하였다. 가설검증을 위해 과학기술정책연구원 격년 단위로 발표하는 한국기업혁신조사(Korean Innovation Survey: KIS)-(제조업) 자료를 활용하였다. 분석방법으로는 프로빗 모형(Probit Model)을 통해 주요 변수 간 영향관계에 대한 유의성을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 혁신을 촉진 하는 요인들은 전반적으로 공정혁신과 제품혁신에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 혁신 저해 요인의 기업의 역량을 저해하는 요인은 제품 혁신을 저해하는 것으로 나타났으나 이외의 요인들은 저해하지 않는 것으로 나타 났다. 반면 공정혁신에는 혁신을 저해하는 요인 모두 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다.셋째, 정부의 지원은 직접적으로는 기업의 기술적 혁신에 미치는 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 혁신을 촉진하거나 저해하는 요인과 상호작용을 하는 경우 정부의 지원은 기업의 기술적 혁신에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 토대로 실무적·정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of factors that acceleration innovation and factors that hindrance innovation on the technological innovation of enterprise. In addition, the moderating effects of various government support were compared and analyzed. The analysis results are as follows. First, it has been confirmed that the innovation acceleration factors have a positive effect on process innovation and product innovation as a whole. Second, among the factors that hinder innovation, the factors that hinder enterprise competency were found to hinder product innovation. Other factors were found to not hinder. On the other hand, it was confirmed that all factors that hindrance innovation did not have a significant effect on process innovation. Third, government support has been shown to have no direct impact on technological innovation. However, when interacting with innovation acceleration factors or innovation hindrance factors, government support has been shown to have a significant impact on a enterprise technological innovation. Based on the analysis results, practical and policy implications were presented.
