벤처기업의 산학협력활동과 기업 내부역량이 비즈니스모델혁신을 매개로 혁신성과와 경영성과에 미치는 영향

This study establishes a structural relationship model that examines how external industry-academia collaboration and corporate capabilities of venture companies impact business model innovation and business performance. It provides theoretical and practical implications for stakeholders and policymakers. Using data from the 2023 Venture Company Precision Survey, the study explores the relationships among industry-academia collaboration, corporate capabilities, business model innovation, innovation performance, venture infra, and business performance through structural equation modeling. Results show that both collaboration and corporate capabilities positively influence business model innovation, which in turn enhances innovation and business performance. Additionally, business model innovation mediates the relationship between collaboration, capabilities, and business performance. A multi-group analysis reveals significant differences in the impact of business model innovation across different growth stages. This study recommends active academic collaboration for venture companies, and highlights the need for practical support for SMEs in achieving business model innovations.
