근거이론을 통한에너지자립마을 지역 주민들의 경험 해석:경기도 에너지자립마을 사례를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the experience of local residents of energy independent villages by applying grounded theory to energy independent villages in Gyeonggi Province and to suggest policy implications., As a result of the analysis, it was found that the experience of economic effects such as the reduction of electricity charges and the securing of village funds was derived as the causal condition affecting the residents in the energy independent village project, and it was combined with the contextual condition of low installation cost with 80-90% subsidy support. Misunderstanding and low awareness of solar power generation were derived as an intervening condition that mitigates or changes the influence on the central phenomenon. As an action and interaction strategy for the intervening condition, Village leaders responded through dedication and efforts such as information provision and explanation. As a result of the energy independent village project in response to the action ･interaction strategy, the hope of expanding the solar power generation project of the village and the house was derived. First, in order to expand renewable energy and convert energy to cope with the climate crisis, it is necessary to design policies so that residents can experience economic benefits through renewable energy. Second, it is necessary to provide policy support so that the village that promoted the energy independent village project can be converted into a true energy independent village. Third, it is necessary to continue education for strengthening the capacity of energy independent village leaders and residents.
