간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 창의적 자기효능감이 문제해결 적극성에 미치는 영향
Influence of Communication Skills and Creative Self-efficacy on Proactivity in Problem Solving of Nursing Students

본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력, 창의적 자기효능감과 문제해결 적극성정도를 파악하고 문제해결 적극성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G시에 소재한 2개의 종합대학교인 간호학과 재학생 123명을 대상이며, 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2024년 11월 4일부터 11월 18일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0프로그램으로 분석하였으며, 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도, 백분율을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 의사소통능력, 창의적 자기효능감, 문제해결 적극성은 평균, 표준편차를 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 의사소통능력, 창의적 자기효능감, 문제해결 적극성 정도는 t-검정으로 분석하였고, 대상자의 의사소통능력, 창의적 자기효능감, 문제해결 적극성의 관계는 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력은 3.16± .81점, 창의적 자기효능감 3.49± .61점, 문제해결 적극성 3.74± .61점이었다. 간호대학생의 의사소통능력과 창의적 자기효능감(r= .34, p< .01), 의사소통능력과 문제해결 적극성(r= .37, p< .01), 창의적 자기효능감과 문제해결 적극성(r= .67, p< .01)간의 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 문제해결 적극성에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 한 결과 모형의 설명력은 약 52%였다(F=17.47, p< .01). 그러므로 간호대학생의 문제해결 적극성을 강화하기 위해 의사소통능력과 창의적 자기효능감을 증진할 수 있는 교육프로그램이 요구된다.
Abstract
This study was a descriptive research study to determine the communication skills, creative self-efficacy, and proactivity in problem-solving. The subjects of the study were 123 nursing students at two universities located in G City, and data were collected from November 4 to November 18, 2024 using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was done using the SPSS 25.0 program, and the general characteristics of the subjects were analyzed using frequencies and percentages. The subjects' communication skills, creative self-efficacy, and proactivity in problem-solving were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The degree of communication ability, creative self-efficacy, and proactivity in problem-solving according to the subjects' general characteristics was analyzed using a t-test, and the relationship between the subjects' communication ability, creative self-efficacy, and proactivity in problem-solving was analyzed using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study showed that nursing students' communication skills was 3.16± .81 points, creative self-efficacy was 3.49± .61 points, and proactivity in problem-solving was 3.74± .61 points. There was a positive correlation between nursing students' communication ability and creative self-efficacy (r= .34, p< .01), communication ability and proactivity in problem-solving (r= .37, p< .01), and creative self-efficacy and proactivity in problem-solving (r= .67, p< .01). As a result of conducting multiple regression analysis to identify variables that affect proactivity in problem-solving, the explanatory power of the model was approximately 52% (F=17.47, p< .01). Therefore, in order to strengthen the proactivity in problem-solving of nursing students, an educational program that can improve communication skills and creative self-efficacy is required.
