텍스트마이닝을 이용한 사찰음식 학술적 연구동향과 대중인식의 통합적 고찰

초록
연구목적: 텍스트마이닝 분석기법을 활용하여 사찰음식에 대한 학술적 연구동향과 SNS의 나타나는 대중적 의견을 통합적으로 해석하여 사찰음식의 가치를 확장하고 실용적 활용방안을 모색하여 지속가능한 발전방향을 도출하는 것이다. 연구방법: KCI데이터베이스로부터 총 392편의 학술연구 서지정보 데이터를 수집하고 텍스톰을 활용하여 네이버 블로그와 카페의 데이터 총 15,724개를 수집한 후, 텍스트마이닝 소프트웨어인 VOSviewer를 활용하여 계량서지학의 동시출현단어 분석과 통계 및 데이터분석 프로그램인 R의 R-studio를 이용하여 토픽모델링을 수행하였다. 연구결과: 건강적가치가 공통된 주요주제로 발견되었으며 학술연구는 사찰음식을 수행의 일환으로 여기며 불교문화와 그에 따른 조리철학에 초점을 두는 반면, 대중인식은 경험하고 배우는 측면에 더 큰 관심을 두었다. 시사점: 사찰음식의 연구동향과 대중인식을 분석한 후 이를 통합적으로 해석하였다는 점에서 이론적인 의의가 있으며, 건강적가치를 중심으로 학술연구에서 강조된 불교수행의 의미와 조리철학을 대중적 활용방안과 융합할 때 사찰음식이 더욱 널리 확산될 수 있음을 시사한다.
Abstract
Objective: This study aims to analyze the academic research trends and public perceptions of temple food to redefine the value of temple food and derive sustainable development directions. Methods: This study collected a total of 392 academic research bibliographic data from the KCI database and gathered 15,724 pieces of data from Naver Blogs and Cafes using textom. Then, this study conducted a co-occurrence analysis based on bibliometric using the text-mining software VOSviewer and performed topic modeling using R-Studio, a statistical and data analysis program within R. Results: According to the analysis of academic research trends and public perceptions of temple food, the health-related value emerged as a common major theme. While academic research focused on Buddhist philosophy and traditional values public perceptions emphasized experiential aspects highlighting a noticeable difference. Implications: The study suggests that integration of the traditional philosophical values and health-related aspects of monastic food with modern applications will lead to wider expansion to the public.
