임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 환자개인정보 보호인식, 도덕적 민감성이 윤리적 의사결정자신감에 미치는 영향
Effects of Patient Privacy Protection Awareness and Moral Sensitivity on Ethical Decision-Making Confidence in Experienced Clinical Practice Nursing Students

본 연구는 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 환자개인정보 보호인식, 도덕적 민감성, 윤리적 의사결정자신감 정도를 파악하고 윤리적 의사결정자신감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 상관적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G시에 소재한 일개의 종합대학교인 간호학과 4학년에 재학 중인 간호대학생 167명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2024년 5월 10일부터 5월 25일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0프로그램으로 분석하였으며, 대상자의 일반적 특성은 빈도, 백분율을 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 환자개인정보 보호인식, 도덕적 민감성, 윤리적 의사결정자신감은 평균, 표준편차를 이용하여 분석하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 환자개인정보 보호인식, 도덕적 민감성, 윤리적 의사결정자신감 정도는 독립표본 t검정, 일원배치 분산분석으로 분석하였고, 대상자의 환자개인정보 보호인식, 도덕적 민감성, 윤리적 의사결정자신감의 관계는 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과는 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 환자개인정보 보호인식은 3.72±1.08점, 도덕적 민감성 5.06±1.37점, 윤리적 의사결정자신감 3.81± .98점이었다. 간호대학생의 환자개인정보 보호인식과 도덕적 민감성(r= .53, p< .01), 환자개인정보 보호인식과 윤리적 의사결정자신감(r= .62, p< .01), 도덕적 민감성과 윤리적 의사결정자신감(r= .75, p< .01)간의 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 윤리적 의사결정자신감에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 한 결과 모형의 설명력은 약 62%였다(F=92.82, p< .01). 그러므로 간호대학생의 윤리적 의사결정자신감을 향상하기 위해 환자개인정보 보호인식과 도덕적 민감성을 증진할 수 있는 교육프로그램이 요구된다.
Abstract
This study is a descriptive research study to understand the degree of patient privacy awareness, moral sensitivity, and ethical decision-making confidence of nursing students who have experienced clinical practice, and to find out the effect on ethical decision-making confidence. The subjects of this study were 167 nursing students in the fourth grade of nursing, a general university located in G city, and data were collected from May 10 to May 25, 2024 using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was analyzed with the SPSS 25.0 program, and the general characteristics of the subjects were analyzed using frequency and percentage. The subject's perception of patient privacy, moral sensitivity, and ethical decision-making confidence were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The degree of patient privacy perception, moral sensitivity, and ethical decision-making confidence according to the general characteristics of the subject was analyzed by t-test and one-way ANOVA, and correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the relationship between patient privacy perception, moral sensitivity, and ethical decision-making confidence of the subject. The results of the study were 3.72±1.08 points for patient privacy awareness of nursing students who experienced clinical practice, 5.06±1.37 points for moral sensitivity, and 3.81± .98 points for ethical decision-making confidence. There was a positive correlation between patient privacy awareness and moral sensitivity(r= .53, p< .01), patient privacy awareness and ethical decision-making confidence(r= .62, p< .01), moral sensitivity and ethical decision-making confidence(r= .75, p< .01). As a result of multiple regression analysis to identify the factors influencing ethical decision-making confidence, the explanatory power of the model was about 62% (F=92.82, p< .01). Therefore, educational programs that can enhance patient privacy awareness and moral sensitivity are required to improve the ethical decision-making confidence of nursing students.
