Analysis of Physical Information and Personalized Exercise Program Proposals Using an AI-Based Digital Body Analysis System

This study explores the necessity and effectiveness of an AI-based digital body analysis system for individuals in their 20s, who often face physical and mental health issues due to sedentary lifestyles, irregular eating habits, and lack of exercise. The AI-based digital body analysis system deeply analyzes personal body data and provides customized exercise programs. It evaluates physical issues such as forward head posture, shoulder flexibility, lower body balance, and spinal tilt (imbalance) to offer personalized solutions. The system overcomes the limitations of wearable devices and fitness apps by providing detailed analysis of posture, movement patterns, and muscle composition. It effectively manages both physical and mental health, leading to meaningful improvements in personal health management. AI technology can significantly innovate personal health management, reducing medical costs, improving quality of life, and enhancing preventive health care. Despite some limitations related to data accuracy and personalized solutions, further research can improve data collection accuracy, expand databases, and provide personalized solutions in various environments, ultimately improving the overall quality of life for people in their 20s.
