초록
본 연구는 쿼드러플 헬릭스 모델, 오픈 이노베이션 이론, 협업 이론의 공통 요소를 통합적으로 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 지속가능한 지역 창업 생태계 활성화를 위한 상호작용 프레임워크를 제안한다. 다중 행위자 참여, 개방형 지식흐름, 공동 가치창출이라는 핵심 메커니즘을 중심으로 이 프레임워크는 지역 혁신 시스템의 구조적 단절 문제를 극복하는 것을 목표로 한다. 기존 연구들이 이론을 개별적으로 다뤄왔던 반면, 본 연구는 개방형 혁신 프로세스를 통해 내부 역량과 외부 기회를 연결하는 유기적 거버넌스 모델을 제시함으로써 이론 통합의 새로운 가능성을 제시한다. 나아가, 다층적 개념을 통합하여 실질적으로 작동 가능한 정책 운영 체계를 설계했다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다. 그리고, 본 연구는 행위자 기반의 가치 중심 창업 생태계를 설계하는 데 있어 새로운 시각을 제공하며, 다양한 지역 맥락에서도 적용 가능한 보편적 프레임워크로 확장될 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 본 프레임워크를 실제 지역 사례에 적용하여 기술창업기업 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
This study integrates the common elements of the quadruple helix model, open innovation theory, and collaboration theory, and proposes an interaction framework for activating a sustainable regional startup ecosystem based on this integration. Centered on the core mechanisms of multi-actor participation, open knowledge flow, and joint value creation, this framework aims to overcome structural disconnections in regional innovation systems. While previous studies have addressed theories individually, this study presents a new possibility for theoretical integration by proposing an organic governance model that connects internal capabilities and external opportunities through an open innovation process. Furthermore, the significance of this study lies in its design of a practical policy operation system that integrates multi-layered concepts. Additionally, this study offers a new perspective on designing an actor-based, value-centered startup ecosystem and can be expanded into a universal framework applicable to various regional contexts. Future research should apply this framework to actual regional cases and conduct empirical studies on its impact on the management performance of technology startups.
