발명·지식재산 분야 인재 양성을 위한 광역발명교육지원센터 로드맵 개발 연구

The purpose of this study is to propose a strategic roadmap for the Regional Invention Education Support Center, which serves as a critical interface between school-level invention and intellectual property (IP) education and national-level policies aimed at fostering human resources in the IP field. To achieve this, the study reviewed prior research concerning regional hub institutions for invention and IP education, assessed the current status of invention and IP infrastructure in the central region, and examined frameworks for establishing specialized educational institutions. Based on these analyses, a preliminary roadmap was drafted and subsequently refined through survey research and expert consultation. The major findings are as follows. First, the draft roadmap for the Regional Invention Education Support Center was constructed, comprising a vision, core objectives, four strategic directions, and sixteen detailed implementation tasks. Second, the survey results revealed a high level of demand for the establishment of such a center in the central region. The findings underscore the necessity of developing a comprehensive operational system that can support the entire process—from educational programming to the formal registration of IP rights—based on the expressed needs of both teachers and students. Third, incorporating insights from expert consultations, the study presents a finalized version of the roadmap. Key expert recommendations include securing sustainable financial resources, establishing a robust organizational structure, developing long-term operational strategies, and systematically identifying the needs of prospective users. This study is significant in that it bridges national policy objectives for fostering IP talent with practical, field-based perspectives. The findings are expected to serve as foundational data for establishing future-oriented educational institutions in the invention and IP domain, contributing to the alignment of stakeholder goals and the development of demand-responsive institutional models.
