This study is an empirical study on factors affecting the survival of social ventures. The subjects ofthe study are 745 social ventures that received the Technology Guarantee Fund Social Impact Guaranteebetween 2020 and 2021. The dependent variable is defined as survival if no default occurs for threeyears after the guarantee support, and the independent variable is measured by evaluation data conductedfor the guarantee review. The evaluation data consists of various evaluation results on sociality andinnovation. The analysis results show that the level of social venture innovation is higher than sociality. Both sociality and innovation have a positive effect on the survival of social ventures, but the effectvaries by year. In terms of innovation, both the experience of the manager and the capacity of theparticipating personnel affect the first, second, and third years, but the experience of the manager hasthe greatest effect in the first year and gradually decreases thereafter. The capacity of the participatingpersonnel has a greater effect in the second and third years than in the first year. The level of businessprogress and market conditions affect the second and third years. Sociality does not have any itemsthat affect survival in the first year, but in the second year, the social acceptance of the social businessmodel affects it, and in the third year, the creation of social outcomes affects it. The survival of socialventures depends on the founder's capabilities, the capabilities of the participating personnel, thebusiness progress status, and market conditions, but social outcome creation is also important.
