인재 육성을 위한 대학 학생성공 측정도구 개발 연구

This study aimed to develop and validate a measurement scale for student success in higher education, with the ultimate goal of fostering high-achieving human resource through institutional support. To construct the instrument, a comprehensive review of both domestic and international literature was conducted to identify common dimensions of student success. A Delphi survey was then employed to assess the relevance and content validity of the proposed dimensions and their sub-components. Based on the finalized diagnostic items, a survey was administered to 236 undergraduate students at H university. The construct validity of the instrument was examined through exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. The results indicated that the student success measurement comprises four primary dimensions: academic growth, career achievement competence, social relationship development, and personal growth. These dimensions encompass a total of 13 sub-components, represented by 76 items. The instrument demonstrated structural validity across all domains, and the overall measurement model showed empirical adequacy. This study contributes to the conceptualization and operationalization of student success within the context of higher education. It offers a theoretically grounded and empirically validated tool that can inform and support institutional strategies for student success, thereby providing meaningful implications for educational practice and human resource development in universities.
