초록
본 연구는 동적역량, 신뢰, 정보공유가 물류성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하여, 공급사슬 내 협력적 파트너십 증대를 위한 방안을 제시한다. 공급사슬 내 기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 이를 통해 수집된 설문 데이터를 바탕으로 구조방정식 모형(SEM)을 사용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 동적 역량은 신뢰에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 정보공유를 통해 물류성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 정보공유 역시 효율성, 리드타임 단축, 고객 서비스 품질 향상등 물류성과의 다양한 측면에 유의미한 기여를 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 공급사슬 내 협력적 관계 구축을 위해정보 교환의 투명성과 신뢰성 확보의 필요성을 강조한다. 나아가 리스크 대응 전략을 고도화함으로써 변화하는 환경에 적응할 수 있는 조직적 유연성을 확보할 필요성을 제안한다. 기존 연구들이 동적 역량의 개별 요소에만 초점을 맞췄던 것과달리, 본 연구는 동적 역량, 신뢰, 정보공유, 물류성과 간의 상호작용 관계를 단계적 메커니즘으로 통합적으로 분석하였다는 점에 연구의 차별성을 갖는다.
Abstract
This study investigates the effects of dynamic capabilities, trust, and information sharing on logistics performance. It aims to propose strategies for enhancing collaborative partnerships within supply chains. To achieve this goal, we conducted a survey of supply chain enterprises and tested the proposed hypotheses using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicate that dynamic capabilities significantly enhance trust, while information sharing plays a critical role in improving logistics performance. Specifically, information sharing contributes to increased efficiency, reduced lead time, and improved customer service quality. These findings underscore the importance of transparency and reliability in information exchange for fostering effective supply chain collaboration. Additionally, the study suggests strengthening risk response strategies to enable organizations to adapt more flexibly to dynamic environments. Unlike prior research that examined dynamic capabilities in isolation, this study provides an integrated analysis of their multi-stage interactions with trust, information sharing, and logistics performance.
