직업유무에 따른 성인여성의 항노화인식이 피부관리 행동에 미치는 영향의 다층모형 분석

In this study, in order to more closely examine the influence of adult women's anti-aging awareness on skin care behavior, we aimed to suggest the necessity of a multilevel model analysis that reflects cluster data by occupation among personal background characteristics. To this end, we conducted a survey targeting adult women (20s to 60s) residing in the metropolitan area including Seoul and Gyeonggi, and performed a multilevel model analysis of the influence of anti-aging awareness by occupation on skin care behavior. As a result of the analysis, the random intercept and random slope models of occupation regarding the influence of anti-aging awareness on lifestyle and expectancy factors of skin care behavior were insignificant, confirming that the multilevel model was not appropriate. However, in the influence of anti-aging awareness on expectancy, the random intercept model of occupation was appropriate for the multilevel model, and although a high proportion of ICC was derived in the random slope model, the LRT was insignificant in each subfactor of anti-aging awareness. And the random intercept model of occupational status regarding the effect of anti-aging awareness on skin health management was appropriate for a multilevel model, and a high proportion of ICC was derived from a random slope model. In addition, a multilevel model according to the level of occupational status was appropriate for the relationship between skin problem occurrence and skin health management. In other words, the effect of skin problem occurrence on skin health management appeared differently depending on occupational status, and it was confirmed that when employed women had a higher awareness of skin problem occurrence, their skin health management behavior was higher than that of unemployed women.
