IT중소벤처기업의 기술개발에 있어 기술공유 협력 정도가 기술혁신 성과에 미치는 조절효과에 관한 연구

In IT small and medium-sized venture enterprises, technology development is recognized as a critical factor for securing a competitive advantage and driving firm performance. This is due to the fact that technological advancements in the ICT sector are occurring more rapidly than companies can secure new technologies. Therefore, this study analyzes the impact of market demand for new products and the intensity of competition on technology development activities in IT SMEs, and examines the moderating effect of the degree of technological sharing and cooperation within these firms on the relationship between technology development activities and technological innovation performance. The final analysis of the survey data collected from employees of IT SMEs revealed that an increase in demand for new technological products in the market has a positive effect on activities aimed at developing new technologies. However, it was found that intensifying competition between firms does not actually promote technology development activities. Furthermore, the technology development activities of IT SMEs positively influenced technological innovation performance. It was confirmed that active participation in technology sharing and cooperation is essential to achieving technological innovation performance through the technical expertise gained from technology development activities. Thus, this study suggests that, to maximize technological innovation performance in IT SMEs, it is necessary to consider market demand for new products and the intensity of competition when establishing technology development strategies. Additionally, a strategic approach that strengthens technology sharing and cooperation in the pursuit of technology development activities is essential.
