산업장 근로자의 심폐소생술 수행 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인

본 연구는 산업장 근로자의 심폐소생술 지식, 수행 자신감, 태도, 자동제세동기 활용 자신감이 심폐소생술 수행 능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 대상자는 G 광역시 소재 3개 제조업체 근로자 155명을 대상으로 온라인을 통해 설문조사를 시행하였다. 자료수집은 심폐소생술 지식, 수행 자신감, 태도, 자동제세동기 활용 자신감, 심폐소생술 수행 능력을 측정하고자 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 진행하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test와 ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, Stepwise multiple regression을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 근무 형태, 근속연수, 심폐소생술 총 교육 시간이 심폐소생술 수행 능력에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심폐소생술 지식, 수행 자신감, 태도, 자동제세동기 활용 자신감이 심폐소생술 수행 능력과 유의미한 양적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대상자의 심폐소생술 수행 능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 심폐소생술 지식 및 수행 자신감, 심폐소생술 태도, 자동제세동기 활용 자신감으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 88%이었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 근로자의 심폐소생술 수행 능력 향상을 위해서 심폐소생술의 긍정적인 태도와 자동제세동기 활용에 대한 자신감 향상을 위한 효과적인 방법으로 실제 실습할 수 있는 교육 방법을 개발하여 실제 현장과 유사하고 안전한 환경에서 반복 학습이 가능한 다양한 교육의 접근이 필요하다.
Abstract
The study was to analyze the effect of industrial workers' cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) knowledge, confidence in performing CPR, CPR attitude, and confidence in using AED on their ability to perform CPR. The subjects of the study conducted an online survey of 155 workers from three manufacturing companies located in G Metropolitan City. Data collection was conducted using a self-report questionnaire to measure CPR knowledge, confidence in performing CPR, CPR attitude, confidence in using AED, and ability to perform CPR. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the study, first, among the general characteristics of the subjects, the total training time for CPR and the number of years of service showed significant differences in CPR ability. Second, knowledge of CPR, confidence in performing CPR, attitude of CPR, and confidence in using AED were found to have a significant positive correlation with CPR ability. Third, the factors affecting workers' ability to perform CPR were found to be age, CPR knowledge, confidence, attitude and confidence in using AED, and explanatory power was 88%. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve workers' CPR performance skills, it is necessary to develop an educational method that can be practiced in practice as an effective way to improve positive attitudes toward CPR and confidence in using AEDs, and to provide a variety of educational approaches that allow repeated learning in a safe environment similar to the actual field.
