표적집단면접법에 근거한 제조업 툴박스미팅 안전관리효과 분석

In the manufacturing, safety is an activity that should be prioritized in terms of protecting workers' lives. However, due to the lack of management mindset, safety awareness among workers, and focus on production activities, the safety level in Korea is still low. As a result of changes in industrial safety and health policy, the Industrial Safety and Health Act was completely revised in 2019 and the Serious Accident Punishment Act was implemented in 2020. However, there has been no significant change in the industrial accident rate yet. In particular, the activation of TBM was adopted as a measure to establish a self-discipline prevention system and TBM was recognized as safety education. TBM activities have mainly been focused on the construction industry, which has a high accident rate, but, research on TBM activities in the manufacturing is insufficient. In this study, we aimed to study the influence of TBM activities on safety management in manufacturing workplaces, and conducted an FGI survey on overall activities such as implementation methods, accident prevention effects, difficulties, expansion plans, and improvement plans. The FGI results showed that the effects of TBM in the manufacturing industry are generally positive, and it was analyzed that incentives and education reinforcement for TBM activities are necessary.
