Micro ESG 경영: 치과의원을 위한 지속가능 경영의 실천적 모델

As ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles gain global relevance, their adaptation to small-scale medical institutions has become increasingly important. This study proposes a “Micro ESG” management model for dental clinics aimed at fostering sustainable and socially responsible practices without imposing excessive economic burdens. The model formulates practical solutions within three pillars: environmental sustainability with digital processes and sustainable materials, social responsibility in terms of outreach to the communities and greater accessibility for patients, and governance based on values and leadership, participative communication, and human resources development. Riding on local and international best practices, the article demonstrates how Micro ESG will enhance clinical effectiveness, patient satisfaction, and sustainable longevity. The findings underscore the potential for dental clinics to be strong drivers of environmental and social value within their communities.
