The Effects of Psychological Contract Violation in the Work Environment of National-Level Taekwondo Demonstration Teams on Job Burnout and Turnover Intention

This study empirically investigated the effects of psychological contract violation in the work environment of national-level Taekwondo demonstration team members on job burnout and turnover intention. A total of 145 members from Kukkiwon, the Korea Taekwondo Association, World Taekwondo, and the University Taekwondo Federation participated, and all collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The results showed that psychological contract violation significantly increased job burnout and turnover intention, and job burnout also positively affected turnover intention. These findings suggest that establishing clear communication, fair compensation systems, and supportive psychological environments is essential to ensure the sustainability and organizational stability of national-level Taekwondo demonstration teams.
