대학생들의 주택정책 인식 및 주거 실태가 정책 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문초록 본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 주거 실태 및 정책 인식이 주택정책 평가에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기도, 인천, 충남 지역의 대학생 310명을 대상으로 2025년 4월 1일부터 5월 17일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 후 회수된 310부 중 300부만의 설문지를 SPSS V.24.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 회귀분석 결과, 주택정책에 대한 평가 및 기대를 결정하는 여러 가지 변수 중에서 정책효과성과 정책 수용성, 거주 형태가 정책 평가에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 주거비 지원, 주거환경 개선 등 체감 가능한 정책적 지원이 대학생들에게 정책 신뢰도를 높이는 핵심 요인임이 확인되었으며, 청년정책과의 연계성 강화 및 성별·지역별 맞춤형 접근도 요구된다. 향후 대학생 주거 안정을 위한 주택정책은 정책 체감도와 수용성을 높이는 방향으로 설계되어야 하며, 이를 통해 정책 효과성에 대한 인식 개선과 정책 신뢰도 제고를 도모할 필요가 있다.
Abstract
Abstract The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the impact of university students' housing conditions and policy awareness on their evaluation of housing policies. A survey was conducted from April 1 to May 17, 2025, targeting 310 university students in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon, and ChungNam Province. Of the 310 questionnaires collected, only 300 were used for correlation and regression analysis using the SPSS V.24.0 statistical program. Regression analysis results showed that among the various variables that determine evaluation and expectations of housing policy, policy effectiveness, policy acceptability, and residential type significantly influence policy evaluation. In particular, tangible policy support, such as housing cost assistance and improved living environments, has been identified as a key factor in increasing policy trust among university students. Therefore, strengthening the connection with youth policies and tailoring approaches by gender and region are essential to enhancing housing policy trust. Future housing policies aimed at ensuring housing stability for university students should be designed to enhance policy awareness and acceptance. This will help improve awareness of policy effectiveness and enhance policy trust.
