창업가적 탄력성이 기술창업기업의 지속 성장에 미치는 영향: 외부 협력의 매개효과를 중심으로

In order to promote sustainable growth and increase the survival rate of startups, the entrepreneur's ability to flexibly respond to uncertainty and risk is essential. Among various capabilities, entrepreneurial resilience refers to the ability of entrepreneurs to positively overcome adversity and uncertainty that arise during the startup process and move forward. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial resilience on sustainable growth of technology startups in Busan and to verify the mediating effect of external cooperation in the relationship between them. As a result of multiple regression analysis, among the subfactors of entrepreneurial resilience, two variables for change response and entrepreneurial continuation intention have a statistically significant effect on external cooperation and sustainable growth of technology starups. In other words, it can be said that the higher the entrepreneurial resilience, the higher the possibility of sustainable growth of technology startups. In addition, it can be empirically confirmed that entrepreneurial resilience increases external cooperation of companies, which in turn leads to sustainable growth. Therefore, external cooperation enables startups to effectively respond to challenges and opportunities, and contributes to strengthening the entrepreneur's ability and increasing the sustainability of the business. This study is meaningful in that it empirically confirms that external collaboration plays an important role in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurial resilience and sustainable growth.
