고객공감 및 문제해결력 강화를 위한 실습형 창업교육 효과 분석: CORN 프로젝트 사례분석

This study examined the effects of the “CORN Project,”a practice-based entrepreneurship education program operated by the Gyeongnam Center for Creative Economy & Innovation, on the entrepreneurial competencies of nascent and early-stage entrepreneurs. Four key variables-customer empathy, problem-solving ability, entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy-were measured through pre- and post-training surveys of the same participants(n=58). Paired-sample t-tests were conducted, and qualitative interviews with selected participants were used to supplement the quantitative findings. Results indicated statistically significant improvements across all four variables, suggesting that practice-based training can generate short-term positive changes in psychological and behavioral entrepreneurial competencies. Qualitative findings highlighted enhanced customer-oriented thinking, experience in problem definition and solution development, and increased confidence in execution. By integrating quantitative and qualitative evidence, this study provides preliminary insights into the potential value of practice-based entrepreneurship education led by regional public institutions, offering implications for future program design and policy. However, the findings are limited in external validity due to the geographically restricted sample and the use of convenience.
