초록
The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends related to community health nursing simulation education in Korea over the past 11 years. For the research method, a scoping study of subject range suggested by Arskey and O’Malley (2005) was used. The scoping study followed a total of five steps: research question development and derivation, related research search, literature selection, data extraction, and result analysis. This study was done using domestic databases including RISS, NDSL, KISS, DBpia, and KCI. 11 studies were analyzed by general characteristics, key variables on reflection, and their findings. Of these, 5 studies (45.5%) on community nursing simulation education in Korea were published between 2014 to 2018, and 6 studies (54.5%) from 2019 to November 2024. 5 studies (45.5%) were nursing-related, and 6 studies (54.5%) were related to other academic fields. Regarding research methods, 10 (90.9%) of the 11 studies were quantitative and 1 study (9.1%) was qualitative. The main scenarios utilized in community health nursing simulation education included home care, health business planning, industrial worker care, and mixed scenarios. This study expected to serve as the foundational data for the development of community health nursing simulation education in Korea and suggests directions for future research.
