초록
최근 한국 사회의 학령인구 감소 가속화는 학교의 존립에 큰 위기를 초래하고 있다. 이를 위해 대학은 신입생 선발뿐 아니라 재학생 유지에도 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 재학생 유지에 큰 영향을 미치는 애교심을 대상으로 이루어진연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 또한, 애교심이 믿음, 열정, 연결성 등을 포괄하는 다차원적 개념이라는 점에서 내적․외적 요인이 미치는 영향을 동시에 고려할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학의 GWP 조직문화와 대학생의 GRIT이 애교심에미치는 영향을 확인하고자 한다. 학교를 대상으로 이루어진 조직문화 연구의 대부분은 초․중등학교의 교사 혹은 특정 학과의 대학생을 대상으로 이루어져일반적인 대학생을 대상으로도 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 학교의 핵심 구성원이라 할 수 있는 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, AMOS 25.0 프로그램을 통한 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시했다. 본 연구를 통해 대학에서는 교육서비스 품질을 높이고 재학생의 애교심을 강화하며, 효과적으로 학생의 이탈을 방지할 수있을 것이다. 이는 대학의 지속가능성 확보에도 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
The accelerating decline in Korea’s school-age population poses a serious threat to the sustainability of universities. In response, institutions are striving not only to attract new students but also to retain enrolled ones. Despite its key role in student retention, research on school spirit remains limited. This study investigates the impact of the university’s GWP(Great Work Place) organizational culture and college students’ GRIT on school spirit. Previous studies on educational organizational culture have mainly focused on primary and secondary school teachers or specific student groups, leaving general college students underexplored. To address this gap, a survey was conducted among university students, and structural equation modeling was applied using AMOS 25.0. The study’s findings are expected to offer actionable guidance for universities seeking to deepen students’ affective commitment and curb dropout rates, thus supporting the enduring sustainability of higher education.
