창업지원사업에 대한 분석 및 개선방안에 대한 연구 - 성인지적 시각을 중심으로 -

The central government has established legal systems and organizations in charge of entrepreneurship to support the people. In particular, the pre-startup package project has been introduced to support early startup. This study aims to analyze these efforts at the central government level from a gender perception and derive policy improvements. It is suggested that specialized fields or budgetary support that can actively support women’s activities are still insufficient. Therefore, the following policy implications that reflect a gender perception are presented. First, it is necessary to link the entrepreneurship support project with the gender-sensitive budget and reflect it more in the budget of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Second, the gender-sensitive budget should be reflected preferentially in fields where women have low startup experience. Third, it is necessary to increase women’s participation by giving a certain percentage to women in the general field of the pre-startup package project. Fourth, the scope and budget of women-specific fields in the startup support program should be expanded. Fifth, local governments’ budgets for startup support projects will be expanded.
