The Impact of Organizational Culture on Organizational Justice and Organizational Effectiveness

We study aims to achieve its research purpose by analyzing the relationship between organizational culture perceived by organizational members and organizational justice and organizational effectiveness. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study analyzed the research hypothesis as follows using the SPSS 24.0 statistical program on the final survey results of 270 people. First, organizational culture was analyzed as having a significant positive influence on organizational effectiveness. Second, organizational culture had a positive influence on organizational justice. Third, organizational justice showed a statistically significant influence on organizational effectiveness. These results demanded the need to activate organizational culture and improve organizational justice as a means for the practical implementation of improving organizational effectiveness. In addition, the need to improve organizational justice through new changes in organizational culture was emphasized. This is because the improvement in organizational effectiveness derived from the job performance results of organizational members ultimately shows an influence relationship on the implementation of organizational culture and organizational justice, and thus its importance has emerged. Accordingly, there is a need to reestablish the system for improving organizational culture and organizational justice and strategically implement it through educational programs to reestablish it as a source of differentiated competitiveness that matches the characteristics of the organization.
