기업 연수시설 조성을 위한 입지선정에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to establish objective and systematic standards in selecting a location for the creation of training facilities. Training facilities are contributing not only to relieving employee job stress, but also to psychological stability in a nature-friendly environment and to creating a positive culture within the organization. Major determinants necessary for selecting the location of training facilities were derived and an evaluation model using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was presented. Investment conditions (area, purchase price, construction cost), location conditions (accessibility, natural environment, convenience facilities), operating conditions (EAP connection, work suitability, and ease of development/expansion) were set as major evaluation criteria, and a pairwise comparative analysis for each factor was conducted for 9 experts by division. As a result of the overall analysis, the importance of location conditions was the highest, and among the detailed factors, natural environment, area, and purchase price showed high weights. This study identifies the optimal location for a corporate training and recreational facility through a multi-criteria evaluation. The analysis selected Site 2 as the most suitable location, a finding that remained consistent across different departments despite variations in their prioritization of specific selection factors. The research presents a framework grounded in objective criteria and empirical analysis, offering a robust alternative to traditional site selection approaches that often rely on experience and intuition. Ultimately, this study contributes a validated and efficient model to enhance the rationale and effectiveness of future site selection decisions for similar facilities.
