전문대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 자기관리역량이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 전문대 재학생을 대상으로 디지털 리터러시와 자기관리역량, 취업준비행동 간 영향 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 J도 소재 전문대학의 보건계열과 관광서비스계열 전공자 287명으로 설문응답을 통해 자료수집을 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS. 23.0을 이용하여 변수 특성에 따른 기술통계, 각 구성 요소들간 상관관계를 알아보기 위한 Pearson’s correlation coefficient, 변수간 영향관계를 파악하기 위해 중다회귀분석의 stepwise를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 디지털 리터러시와 자기관리역량(r=.62, p<.01), 디지털 리터러시와 취업준비행동(r=.50, p<.01), 취업행동과 자기관리역량(r=.51, p<.01)은 유의한 정(+)적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 변수 간 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나기에 진로 설정 과정에서 성별 및 학년별 차별화된 프로그램 개발·운영이 필요함을 알 수 있다. 또한 AI나 데이터 분석, 온라인 포트폴리오 작성 등 디지털 활용 능력을 높일 수 있는 실용성있는 교육 과정 개설의 필요성도 확인하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between digital literacy, self-management competency and job preparation behavior among college students. This descriptive survey targeted 287 students majoring in health sciences and tourism services at a college located in Province J. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 23.0. Descriptive statistics were used to examine variable characteristics and Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to identify relationships among variables. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to determine the influence among variables. The findings of the study showed significant positive correlations between digital literacy and self-management competency(r=.62, p<.01), digital literacy and job preparation behavior (r=.50, p<.01), and job preparation behavior and self-management competency (r=.51, p<.01). The findings also revealed differences in variables depending on general characteristics of the participants. Therefore it is necessary to apply for differentiated program development based on gender and academic year during the career planning process. Furthermore, the results confirm the necessity of providing career education, job training and employment support to enhance digital skills such as AI, data analysis and online portfolio creation.
