초록
Global supply chain resilience is a critical research area due to disruptions such as pandemics, geopolitical instability, and climate change. Studies have focused on either firm-level (micro) or systemic (macro) perspectives, leaving a gap in integrated approaches. Bridging this gap, this study synthesizes micro- and macro-organizational theories to develop a comprehensive framework of supply chain resilience. Through the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) methodology, this study (1) elucidates the mechanisms through which micro- and macro-level organizational theory strengthens global supply chain resilience, and (2) provides theoretical and practical perspectives on integrating micro and macro perspectives in organizational theory. The findings suggest that firms need to achieve supply chain resilience by balancing their internal capabilities (resource-based view, dynamic capability, social capital, knowledge management, and leadership and decision-making) with external institutional forces (institutional theory, resource dependence, transaction cost economics, network theory, and complex adaptive systems). Finally, this study outlines theoretical and practical implications for managers and policymakers for designing robust supply chains.
