대·중소기업 간 동반성장’이 위탁 대기업의 운영효율성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Marking the 20th anniversary of the implementation of the ‘Win-Win Cooperation between Large Corporations and SMEs hereinafter win-win cooperation)’ policy, this study analyzed the impact of win-win cooperation on the performance of large corporations. I hypothesized that win-win cooperation will increase the operating efficiency of large corporations by reducing the opportunistic behavior of cooperation network participants and promoting innovation and value-added activities. As a result of an empirical analysis of 130 large corporations subject to the evaluation and announcement of the win-win cooperation index by the Shared Growth Committee, it was found that win-win cooperation activities increase the operating efficiency of large corporations. In addition, based on the TQEM theory, I hypothesized that large corporations' environmental protection activities will moderate the impact of win-win cooperation activities on operational efficiency. The results demonstrated that the greater the environmental protection activities of large corporations, the stronger the positive impact of win-win cooperation on operational efficiency. These results suggest that, contrary to some concerns, win-win cooperation is a practice that benefits large corporations as well, and that the effect is multiplied when the practice is combined with the green management of large corporations. By filling the research gap in win-win cooperation, this study will not only provide meaningful theoretical implications regarding the supply chain management, but will also provide practical and policy guidance regarding Korea's win-win cooperation policy.
