ESG 영향요인, ESG 경영활동 및 지속가능 투자 간의 관계

[Purpose] This study aims to analyze what factors affect ESG management activities and sustainable investment, and how ESG management activities affect sustainable investment. [Methodology] As independent variables, government regulation, imitation, uncertainty, entrepreneurship, and sustainable leadership were used as factors influencing ESG management activities, environmental activity, social activity, and governance activity were used as ESG management activities, and investment sustainability and future orientation were used as sustainable investment. 177 questionnaires collected from randomly sampled companies were used for the analysis, and hypothesis test was performed through path analysis using IBM SPSS AMOS 29. [Findings] The analysis results showed that, with regard to ESG management activities, government regulation and sustainable entrepreneurship had a significant positive impact on both environmental and social/governance activities, while imitation had a significant positive impact on environmental activity. Regarding sustainable investment, imitation, sustainable entrepreneurship, and environmental activity had a significant positive impact on investment sustainability and future orientation. [Implications] The study shows that sustainable entrepreneurship and imitation are more important than ESG management activities to sustain long－term investment and enhance future value, and environmental activity is more important among ESG management activities. In order to attract long－ term sustainable investment in corporate practice, policies such as entrepreneurship, sustainable leadership, and imitation of leading companies should be promoted along with efforts to enhance environmental activities of ESG management.
