초록
This study aims to empirically analyze changes in the use of benefits by recipients of long-term care insurance during the COVID-19 pandemic. The model is based on sequence analysis using National Health Insurance Service data from September 2019 to December 2022. The results demonstrate that the average number of elements for recipients was 1.49, indicating the change in the use of long-term care benefits was small. The results also show that recipients are classified into five categories: home-visit based group(60.2%), mixed group(8.5%), medical based group(4.7%), non-usage group(3.3%), facility based group(23.2%). Additionally, interruption of benefit usage occurs home visit recipients rather than facility benefits.
