This study investigates how organizations can leverage Agentic Artificial Intelligence (Agentic AI) toenhance organizational agility, with a focus on the mediating role of human?AI collaboration and themoderating influence of dynamic capabilities. Drawing on dynamic capability theory and human?AIteaming frameworks, we propose and empirically test a moderated mediation model using survey datafrom 300 employees, managers, and team leaders in Korean firms across IT, manufacturing, services, andfinance sectors. The findings reveal that Agentic AI adoption alone does not directly improveorganizational agility; instead, its benefits emerge when complemented by effective human?AIcollaboration. Dynamic capability not only strengthens the link between AI adoption and agility but alsoamplifies the AI?collaboration relationship, producing a significant moderated mediation effect. Theseresults advance the literature by integrating technological adoption, collaborative processes, and strategiccapabilities into a unified framework, highlighting that AI-enabled agility is contingent on organizationalreadiness and capability maturity. The study offers practical guidance for managers, emphasizing theneed for capability development, workflow redesign, and strategic alignment to fully realize the agilitypotential of Agentic AI
