Research on Low-Carbon Green Management and Green Growth Strategies for Social Change and Innovative Enterprises

Recently, green management has emerged as a major management concern from the perspective of pursuing social change and innovation and corporate social responsibility. Green management is a strategy for companies to fulfill their social and ethical responsibilities by conserving and efficiently utilizing resources and energy in their business activities and minimizing greenhouse gas emissions and environmental pollution. In particular, the low-carbon, green growth strategy is the most pressing challenge of our time. Developed countries such as Japan, the United States, and Europe are recognizing the urgency of environmental change, including global warming, the dangers of greenhouse gases, and resource depletion, and are implementing multifaceted efforts to conserve energy and reduce carbon emissions. Various multilateral environmental agreements have been established to address environmental issues and achieve sustainable development. This study analyzes the green management of innovative companies as a competitive factor from a social and economic perspective. This study aimed to explore green growth strategies for establishing effective corporate competitive strategies by analyzing the necessity of green management along with the background of promoting green growth policies, thereby pursuing academic, policy, and practical value and significance.
