SBAR 적용 임상실습이 간호대학생의 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통 능력, 의사소통 자기효능감, 보고자신감에 미치는 효과
The Effect of the Clinical Practice Application of SBAR on Nursing Students’ Communication Clarity, Communication Skill, Communication Self-Efficacy, and Report Confidence

본 연구는 SBAR 적용 임상실습이 간호대학생의 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통 능력, 의사소통 자기효능감, 보고자신감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 조사되었다. 단일군 사전-사후설계의 유사실험연구로 G시의 간호대학생 38명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2023년 8월 28일부터 9월 22일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 대응표본 t-검정으로 실습전후 점수를 비교하였고, 각 변수들 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 SBAR 적용 임상실습 후 간호대학생의 의사소통 명확성(t=-5.39, p< .01), 의사소통 능력(t=-6.31, p< .01), 의사소통 자기효능감(t=-6.87, p< .01), 보고자신감(t=-9.30, p< .01)이 SBAR 적용 임상실습 전보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. SBAR 적용 임상실습 후 의사소통 명확성은 의사소통 능력과 양의 상관관계(r= .52, p< .01), 의사소통 자기효능감과 양의 상관관계(r= .50, p= .01), 보고자신감과 양의 상관관계(r= .38, p= .02)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. SBAR 적용 임상실습이 의사소통 명확성, 의사소통 능력, 의사소통 자기효능감, 보고자신감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타났으므로 간호대학생의 임상에서 의사소통능력 향상을 위해서 임상실습에서 SBAR 적용의 적극적 활용이 고려되어져야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the clinical practice application of SBAR(Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation) on nursing students’ communication clarity, communication skill, communication self-efficacy, and report confidence. This study was used a one group pre-post test design. The subjects of this study were 38 nursing students from G city, and collected by self-report questionnaires from August 28 to September 22, 2023. Data was analyzed by frequencies, paired t-test using SPSS 23.0. After clinical practice application of SBAR, levels of nursing students’ communication clarity(t=-5.39, p< .01), communication skill(t=-6.31, p< .01), communication self-efficacy(t=-6.87, p< .01), report confidence(t=-9.30, p< .01) were significantly higher than ones before clinical practice application of SBAR. After clinical practice application of SBAR, nursing students’ communication clarity had a significant positive correlation with communication skill(r= .52, p< .01), communication self-efficacy(r= .50, p= .01), and report confidence(r= .38, p= .02). Clinical practice application of SBAR had improved the communication clarity, communication skill, communication self-efficacy, report confidence. Therefore, using of SBAR applicaion on clinical practice should be increased to improve communication ability of nursing students.
