Research on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Rural Revitalization

Driven and empowered by digital technology, digital inclusive finance has created an innovative inclusive financial service model. This model can expand the coverage of financial products, enhance the inclusiveness of financial services, provide support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, and promote high-quality economic growth. After analyzing the mechanism by which digital inclusive finance supports rural revitalization, this study selected panel data from 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China from 2011 to 2022 to construct a balanced panel economic model, focusing on evaluating the impact of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization. The research results indicate that digital inclusive finance can effectively promote the process of rural revitalization. Heterogeneity analysis reveals that in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region and areas with strong government agricultural subsidy efforts, the positive role of digital inclusive finance in improving the level of rural revitalization is more significant. Digital inclusive finance can exert an entrepreneurial incentive effect to meet farmers' needs in production innovation and other aspects, thereby empowering and adding value to rural revitalization. To promote the effective connection between rural revitalization and poverty alleviation, this study explores the positive impact of digital inclusive finance on rural revitalization. Based on the analysis results, the study proposes specific strategies for optimizing digital inclusive financial services in rural areas to enhance their effectiveness in boosting rural revitalization. This is conducive to giving full play to the supporting role of digital inclusive finance, helping to achieve common prosperity, and providing a new path for improving the quality and efficiency of rural revitalization.
